For the production of TOMAMI #1 and #2, sun-ripened tomatoes from two different growing areas are gently pressed, heated and reduced to their essence. Without adding any other ingredients. This is how the umami taste booster TOMAMI is created.
For the seasoning sauces Vegami, Hot India, Japan and Toscana, the finest spices from Ingo Holland (Altes Gewürzamt) are combined with TOMAMI #1 and thus offer quick refinement when tasting.
