Production & ingredients

To produce TOMAMI #1 and #2, fully ripe tomatoes from two different growing regions are gently pressed – similar to the first stage of the winemaking process – and no other ingredients are added. This is how liquid flavour booster TOMAMI is made.
To make our Japan, Hot India und Toscana seasoning sauces, the finest spices from Ingo Holland (Altes Gewürzamt) are added to TOMAMI #1, the mixtures are then heated and bottled. Done.
