Our tomato essence is the result of a unique process in which sun-ripened tomatoes are reduced to their essence through centrifugation and gentle heating. This highly concentrates the natural flavouring power contained in the tomatoes. The precious essence is carefully bottled by hand in Germany and is ready for your kitchen.
